* This was actually a Delegates' Assembly, it wasn't held in conjunction with an LSB meeting as is usually done.

This meeting was held in teleconference, after the violence at the December 8th, 2010, LSB meeting. The General Manager is not a member of the Delegates' Assembly.

† This was another Delegates' Assembly. An LSB meeting had been scheduled to happen after it, but that didn't happen. The General Manager is not a member of the Delegates' Assembly.

‡After the July 11, 2012, LSB meeting Jamie Ross termed out after six years on the LSB. As per the bylaws, he was replaced by the first runner-up from the last election, Dr. Seth Goldberg.

An LSB meeting was called for June 8, 2011, at 7:00 PM at Brooklyn Commons, 388 Atlantic Ave., in downtown Brooklyn. However a quorum never appeared at this non-meeting and so legally no business could be done at it.

Attending this non-meeting were: Nia Bediako, Carolyn Birden, John Brinkley, Mitchel Cohen, Kathy Davis, Andrea Fishman, Ray Laforest, Bob Lederer, R. Paul Martin, Shawn Rhodes, James Ross, Alex Steinberg and Berthold Reimers (ex officio).

Absent were: Suzanne Adely, Elizabeth Brown, Stephen Brown, Janet Coleman, Russell Dale, Betty Dopson, Lawrence Lucas, Teresa Palmer, Manijeh Saba, Daniel Vila, Bernard White and Camille Yarbrough.

An LSB meeting was called for October 10, 2012, at 7:00 PM at Alwan-for-the-Arts, 16 Beaver Street, 4th floor, in downtown Manhattan. However a quorum never appeared and at 8:00 PM, a full hour after the official starting time for the meeting and with members starting to leave in frustration, the Chair cancelled the meeting with the consensus of the members assembled.

Attending this non-meeting were: Nia Bediako, John Brinkley, Mitchel Cohen, Russell Dale, Andrea Fishman, Seth Goldberg, Bob Lederer, R. Paul Martin, Shawn Rhodes, Manijeh Saba and Sharonne Salaam.

Absent were: Suzanne Adely, Carolyn Birden, Elizabeth Brown, Stephen Brown, Janet Coleman, Kathy Davis, Betty Dopson, Ray Laforest, Lawrence Lucas, Teresa Palmer, Alex Steinberg, Daniel Vila, Bernard White and Berthold Reimers (ex officio).

The WBAI LSB attempted to hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, November 14th, 2012, however the venue was unavailable due to damage from super storm Sandy.

There was a Delegates' Assembly held on December 12th, 2012, for the purpose of considering bylaws amendments. Here are those bylaws amendments.

The Delegates' Assembly was held before the LSB meeting. One person who had attended the Delegates' Assembly left immediately after that meeting and did not attend the LSB meeting.

Attending that Delegates' Assembly were: Carolyn Birden, John Brinkley, Stephen Brown, Mitchel Cohen, Janet Coleman, Russell Dale, Kathy Davis, Andrea Fishman, Bob Lederer, R. Paul Martin, Shawn Rhodes, Manijeh Saba, Alex Steinberg, Bernard White.

Absent were: Suzanne Adely, Nia Bediako, Elizabeth Brown, Betty Dopson, Seth Goldberg, Ray Laforest, Lawrence Lucas, Teresa Palmer, Sharonne Salaam, Daniel Vila.

NOTE: The WBAI LSB did not meet between July 13th, and October 12th, 2011.
